Have you ever held back from doing something because it was too risky? Life is all about choices. The decision to leap into something new and different can be both terrifying and thrilling. Taking chances often comes with a sense of apprehension and can make us feel like we are in a win or lose, succeed, or fail, do or die situation, it’s important to remember that taking chances can also offer significant rewards. So, we must choose to take chances and create opportunities for happiness and fulfillment, that in the end far outweigh the risks. But as is the case with most things in life, even taking chances requires understanding and practice.

Finding Purpose and Passion in The Third Chapter
Are you facing the uncharted post-career years, wondering what's next? Many of us in the third chapter of life feel unsettled, restless and adrift. we believe the years between 50-75 can be some of the best, but dont know how to make sense of the changes were facing. If youre looking for new meaning in work and life, this powerful interactive learning experince will teach you how to tap into the power of purpose. Whether youre seeking an encore career, looking for enlivening volunteer work or reinventing your sense of identity, knowing your purpose will guide you to increased vitality, creativity aned fulfillment. our number one job is to discover our passion and then organize our work and life so were doing that most of the time. Each one of us is born with the ability to be great at somethng (or several things).
Each participant will particpate in reflective activities, group discusssion and will have the opportunity of writing/drawing a purpose statement and develping an action plan for applying their insights to specific personal issue or opportunity.

Friendships: Build Meaningful Connection for a Thriving Life
Despite living in a hyperconnected world, many people struggle with loneliness and isolation. In fact, a 2023 U.S. Surgeon General Report revealed that nearly half of adult’s experience loneliness on a regular basis contributing to significant physical and emotional health challenges. The demands of modern life, combined with the lingering effects of the pandemic, have only deepened this struggle—leaving many unsure of how to foster meaningful connections. It doesn’t have to be this way. Building and maintaining strong friendships is a skill that we can learn and develop.
In this workshop we’ll explore practical strategies to cultivate a strong, supportive social network and enhance your well-being in the second half of life.

Reframing Aging
How do you think about aging? Research shows that our beliefs about aging determine how long and how well we live. Yet most of us find it hard to break through the societal aging stereotype. To do this we need perspectives and tools. In this workshop we will examine some of the surprising opportunities of growing older. You will gain insights and practices that will help you grow older with curiosity, remain vital, and “age positively”.
