“The secret to a resilient life in our kind of world is knowing how to recycle yourself, over and over, letting go of what is no longer you, taking on new strengths, and shaping new chapters for your life, guided by your own emerging vision.” -Frederic Hudson.
I am a work/life success coach. My passion is coaching energetic midlifer’s who are in transition and seeking an authentic path of expression while expanding their best sense of self. Often they are seeking a passionate, meaningful connection to their life’s work as they enter their next chapter. My mission is to provide tools for those entering their next chapter as they turn their visions into realities. Whether changing careers, exploring talents through education/creative expression, or giving back to the community through volunteering.
I am trained by the leading global provider of coach training programs. Coach U has offered the most comprehensive coach training programs since 1992. Also, I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. This worldwide organization exists to preserve the integrity of the coaching profession through programs and standards.
In addition I am a certified facilitator for the program, “Too Young to Retire”. This workshop provides midlifer’s with enlightening exercises as well as resources to help them make meaningful choices as they enter their “second act” of life. I am a certified Purpose and Passion Coach. For the past 7 years I've been a workshop facilitator for the St. Louis Community College Plus 50 program.
I have a solid business background in the service industries of design and real estate. Some of what I bring to my clients includes time management, goal setting, and personal leadership skills. As a professional, I am passionate about maintaining client centered relationships, and high customer service. What I enjoy the most is helping people navigate transition with a sense of support and confidence. Together we explore how to make the best use of all their current available opportunities while tapping into their inner resources.
